OKRs is the management methodology implemented 20 years ago by Google and now used by the most successful companies and startups in Silicon Valley and around the world.

Approximate Time
- Introductory modality: in-person or virtual workshop lasting two to four hours.
- Implementation modality: workshop of three to six hours (depending on team size) with additional coaching for employees during implementation and follow-up throughout the quarter.
