What is Capability Building?

Capability Building is a company dedicated to maximizing the impact of businesses and organizations through the development of talent and capabilities that are crucial for business success. We offer comprehensive training that is not usually taught in universities and is rarely accessed in the day-to-day work routine of companies. We do this through the method of project-based learning.

Our unique learning method stems from the Field Method developed in 2011 at Harvard Business School, aiming to bridge the gap between 'knowing' and 'doing'.

Through projects with business intervention, we ensure effective incorporation of what is learned, with tangible impact that allows for measuring the return on investment and an extremely rewarding and enriching experience for the participant.
