There are four behaviors that combine to generate trust in what we say and do: Acceptance, Openness, Congruence, and Reliability. In this workshop, we work on these elements and how, combined with flexibility, they can facilitate the smooth functioning of a team.

Choose this training if you want to:

  • Assess the current situation of each team member regarding trust and flexibility.
  • Visualize the overall state of the team regarding the different elements and behaviors that contribute to trust and flexibility.
  • Agree, as a team, on the points they will work on in the future to improve their trust.
  • Enable each individual to have greater self-awareness.

Approximate Time

  • Virtual: Two sessions. Three hours with facilitator.
  • In-person: Six-hour session with facilitator.
