Module #2: Rapport, Leadership, and Influence Language
  • Provides techniques to better predispose the client.

Module #3: Non-verbal Communication
  • Provides techniques to identify facial expressions.
  • Debrief with a methodological reading scheme of expressions.
  • Improves the practice of reading micro facial expressions.

Approximate Time

  • Virtual: Three theoretical-practical sessions of 90 minutes. Four and a half hours with facilitator.
