The mandate of Lean Operations is to do more with less, and it applies to both manufacturing and office environments. A Lean organization understands what the customer values and is willing to pay for, focusing its efforts on continuously increasing that value and eliminating anything that produces waste in the process.

Approximate Time

  • Introductory modality: full-day in-person workshop or virtual sessions of four 90-minute sessions.
  • Implementation modality: introductory mode, plus three practical 90-minute sessions, concluding with a full-day workshop implementing a Value Stream Map on real processes.
